SM (AEC Swift)
London Transport ordered vast numbers of these unpopular and unreliable white elephants, which London Country had the misfortune to inherit. In the mid 1970s they were withdrawn, just a few years old, as Leyland Nationals became available to replace them. With their centre doors, they were totally unsuitable for any Dunton Green route, with the possible exception of the 493. In the event, they spent much of their time on the Sevenoaks - Croydon route 483. I took very few photos, and nobody ever used one for a tour.
